Art 1 – Description of the “Table d'Azur” service Offers its customers a home chef and caterer service for the preparation of gastronomic and bistronomic dinners or lunches. The service includes, the ingredients necessary for the preparation of the dinner, the realization of the dishes ordered by the customer, the service at the table by the chef (within the limit of 8 guests per Chef) and the storage of the kitchen. Beyond 8 guests a waiter charged extra, provides table service. The premises (kitchen) must be made available to the kitchen company Table d'azur at least two and a half hours before the start of the meal. The kitchen should be clean, tidy, the fridge and freezer partly free for food storage and service. The purchase of one or more services implies on the part of the customer the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale in force on the day of the validation of the service. 
 
Art 2 – Prices Menu prices are those that appear on our website: http://www.tabledazur.com. The prices appearing on the site and quotes are prices including all taxes (TTC) in euros (€); any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products. . This price list is applicable exclusively to individuals residing in France TABLE D'Azur   reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. At the price of the menus can be added the services of staff (maitre d'hôtel, waiter, assistant chef), an aperitif cocktail, digestive, various drinks and any other service requested by the customer 
 
Art 3 – Methods of payment and order taking The invoicing conditions are as follows: The rates confirmed on the estimate are firm for 15 days (date of the estimate). After this period, they are likely to be modified according to economic conditions, the applicable rates then being those in force on the day of the service. For each service request, Table d'Azur sends the customer an estimate. The exact number of participants must be confirmed to us at least 3 days before the reception date. This number will be used as the basis for final invoicing. The payment of a deposit of 30% of the expected amount of the invoice TTC  can be requested upon confirmation of the reservation. This payment entails the acceptance of these conditions of sale, the acknowledgment of having fully read them and the renunciation of availing oneself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Payment of the balance of the invoice will be made   at the latest on the day of the service. Payment of the balance of the invoice is made by check or cash  or bank card on the day of the service or by bank transfer before the service. In the event that the order taker offers the service to a third party, full payment will be required in advance. Restaurant vouchers and employment-service vouchers are not accepted. 
 
Art 4 – Cancellation Withdrawal The right of withdrawal of seven (7) days does not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable products, food products, such as confectionery products. Also, the customer cannot rely on it. However, a modification or cancellation on his part may be taken into account insofar as the service is in preparation. The price will be returned but a penalty of 20% for administrative and management costs will be applied. In the event of cancellation up to one (1) month   before the date of the service, the deposit will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation less than one (1) month before the date of the service: the cancellation of the order by the customer does not give rise to any refund of the deposit paid, which is retained as a lump sum indemnity.  

  Any decrease in the number of participants occurring more than forty-eight hours (48 hours) before the reserved date, results in a proportional reduction in the cost of the service. Any decrease in the number of participants occurring less than forty-eight hours (48 hours) before  the reserved date, will not result in any reduction in the cost of the service. Any cancellation occurring less than forty-eight hours (48h) before the scheduled date results in the invoicing of 100% of the amount including tax of the order. The increase in the number of guests is accepted subject to the express agreement of Table D'Azur at least 24 hours before the service. In the event of Force Majeure, the company Table D'Azur   may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it is unable to assume them following a case of force majeure (war, riot, demonstrations, exceptional weather conditions, disaster affecting the facilities of its establishments, etc.), without this giving rise to any compensation. Art 5 – Disputes and complaints In the event of non-compliance or apparent defect of the services delivered, the customer has a period of seven (7) days from receipt of these to form, in writing (postal mail , e-mail, fax), a complaint to Table D'Azur. After this period, the products delivered will be deemed to be compliant and free from all apparent defects. Any dispute concerning invoicing can only be taken into account within eight (8) days following the date of receipt of the invoice.   Liability and insurance The customer is solely responsible for bodily injury and/or material damage caused by him or his guests in connection with the execution of the Table D'Azur service. The customer undertakes to take out civil liability insurance as well as multi-risk home insurance. Table D'Azur engages its civil liability for fault on the services carried out in its name at the domicile of its customers. Protection of personal data. The information collected on the website www.tabledazur.com will be subject to computerized processing, for the purposes of management and processing of orders as well as commercial prospecting. In accordance with the provisions of the law of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose his personal data. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the Customer. Art 8 – Applicable law and competent courts Table d'Azur   is a company governed by French law. These conditions of sale as well as all the documents or acts which result from them are subject to French law. In case of disagreement between the parties, each will pledge allegiance to settle the dispute amicably. If the dispute persists, any dispute or dispute to which these general conditions may give rise, whether for their validity, their interpretation, or their execution will be brought before the Commercial Court of Draguignan, even in the event of multiple defendants or warranty claim. Art 9 -Conditions of sales and services of the services The choices apply for the whole of the table. 

Our prices are net, excluding wines - We work   mainly fresh products. Products on some menus may change depending on seasonality and prices. Up to 10  people (depending on the menu and price), I take care of the cooking and the service. Beyond this figure, a server is charged in addition to the price of the menus for an additional € to €90 €180 taking into account the number of hours, a meal  and mileage reimbursement. From 12 people, a supplement of 5.50 € per person will be charged for crockery and cutlery.
